History

The principal of The Kensington Clinic is Mr Haysam Youssef. He qualified as a physiotherapist in 1976 gaining a Bachelor Degree from Cairo University in Egypt and subsequently became a Chartered Society Physiotherapist.

In 1982, Mr.Youssef qualified as an osteopath gaining a Dipoloma in Osteopathy, following the Parliament Act 1993 to regulate the osteopathic profession. The General Osteopathic Council was founded in 2002. Mr youssef then became a full member of The General ostepathic Council.

In 1983 he qualified as an acupuncturist, initially gaining a Diploma then subsequently gaining a Doctorate in Acupuncture in 1986. He is a full member of the General Acupuncture Council.

He is also a member of the Acupuncture Council of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

In 1995 he attended a course for 2 years and qualified as a Cranio Sacral Therapist.

During his extensive career he has travelled overseas to give lectures and has been consulted on ways to improve the standard and quality of treatment in hospitals in various countries including Egypt and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
