The Kensington Clinic maintains a COVID-19 safe environment, adhering to strict government guidelines to keep our patients and staff members safe.

For face-to-face appointments, all staff members will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and the clinic is equipped with hand sanitiser stations. 

We ensure that all treatment areas of the clinic are sanitised before and in between the arrival of each patient.

Patients will be required to:

• Wear a mask during their appointments (unless medically exempt)

• Sanitise before entering the premises and before leaving

• Maintain social distancing measures whilst visiting the clinic

• Arrive on time, but not early for their appointment

When making an appointment, all patients will be screened for COVID symptoms and risk of exposure. Upon arrival for your appointment, you will be required to complete a signed COVID declaration. The clinic reserves the right to withhold treatment if they suspect a risk of infection.
