Can I claim my treatment on my private medical insurance?

All major UK private health insurance providers are accepted. Please contact your insurance provider prior to booking an appointment to gain authorisation for treatment.

What should I bring with me to my initial appointment?

If you have private health insurance, please bring your authorisation number to your first appointment. In addition, if you have any medical reports or MRI scans of your condition, please bring them to your consultation.

How many treatments will I need?

The clinic’s consultant will devise a treatment plan according to your condition and needs during your first appointment, including a guide of how many treatment sessions may be required. 

How long is a treatment session? 

The initial consultation and treatment will last 60 minutes, however a 30 minute consultation is also available.
Each subsequent session ranges from 30-60 minutes, depending on the patient’s condition.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

You can be referred to the clinic by your GP, however you can also self-refer.

What sort of conditions do you treat?

We specialise in a variety of treatments including physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, shockwave therapy and lymphastim.

Conditions we treat include; musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, stress and tension, headaches, migraines and lymphatic drainage, among others.

What is your cancellation policy? 

24 hours notice is required for cancellation or the full fee of treatment is payable.

Is parking available?

There are no parking facilities on the premises. However, there is metered parking available on the street.
